By accessing the bd111 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted all of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the bd111 operating authority. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Bd111 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced via a notice on the website, along with the effective date. Continued use of the platform following such changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms were last updated in 2026 and are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Section 02
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on bd111. All information provided during registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. bd111 reserves the right to permanently close any account created using false or misleading information.
Each individual may register only one account. If a user is found to have created multiple accounts, all such accounts will be terminated and any balances or bonuses held within them may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential — do not share it with anyone.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the bd111 Help Center immediately. bd111 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a failure to maintain proper account security.
Section 03
Bd111 users may use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to engage in fraud, hacking, bot usage, or unfair advantage on the platform will result in immediate account termination.
Users may not attempt to access another member's account, modify the platform's software, or introduce malicious code into the system. Such activities are punishable by law, and bd111 reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.
Every user is responsible for treating others with respect. Any attempt to harass, use abusive language towards, or threaten other users will result in account suspension or termination.
Section 04
All financial transactions on bd111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via mobile banking and other approved payment methods available in Bangladesh. Users must ensure that the payment account they use is registered in their own name.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change from time to time and will be displayed on the platform. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days. If you experience any issues with a transaction, please contact the bd111 Help Center.
If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, bd111 reserves the right to suspend any related transaction and notify the relevant authorities. All bonus offers are subject to their own separate terms and conditions, which are detailed in the Bonus Policy.
Section 05
Bd111 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to harm other members of the platform. Upon account closure, any unused bonuses or unfulfilled rewards will be forfeited.
Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules. bd111 shall be liable for any losses, financial damages, or missed opportunities arising through the platform to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Bd111 will not be liable for any losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions. However, in such events, bd111 will work to resolve the issue promptly and provide assistance to affected users where necessary.
Section 06
All content on the bd111 platform — including logos, designs, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of bd111 or its licensors. Users may not copy, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes. You are granted a limited licence to use this platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Bd111 may utilise third-party services or technology. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, for which bd111 is not responsible. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party policies independently.
